Terms of Service

Eligibility and agreement

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. Jumino is not intended for children under 13. If you have not reached the age of majority where you live, use Jumino only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Accounts

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and do not share or transfer your account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify Jumino through the available support tools if you believe your account or content has been misused.

AI-generated content

Jumino uses AI to create dialogue, Story developments, summaries, and images. AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, inconsistent, offensive, or similar to output shown to other users. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other professional decisions. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use or share generated output.

Your characters, Stories, and other content

You keep any rights you hold in content you submit. You grant Jumino a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, display, and modify that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service. When you mark a character or Story public, you allow Jumino to display it to other users.

Only upload or publish content you have the right to use. Do not imply that Jumino endorses your content or that AI-generated output is verified fact.

Prohibited use

• Sexual exploitation of minors or content that facilitates child abuse.
• Credible threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, or instructions for violent wrongdoing.
• Non-consensual intimate content, impersonation, fraud, scams, or rights violations.
• Attempts to bypass safety controls, access another user's data, or compromise the service.
• Automated scraping, excessive traffic, spam, or use that unreasonably burdens the beta.
• Illegal activity or content that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property.

Moderation and removal

Jumino may review reports and remove, restrict, archive, or make content private when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or operate the beta. Access may be limited or terminated for serious or repeated violations. No moderation system is perfect, and content may remain available before it is reviewed.

Jumino property

Jumino's software, branding, interface, and service materials are owned by Jumino or its licensors. These terms do not grant permission to copy the service, misuse its branding, or reverse engineer protected portions except where applicable law allows it.

Beta availability and changes

This is an experimental beta. Features, AI providers, limits, content, and availability may change without notice. The service may be interrupted, lose data, produce unexpected output, or be discontinued. Jumino does not promise uninterrupted access or permanent retention of beta content.

Termination

You may stop using Jumino or delete your account at any time. Jumino may suspend or end access when needed for abuse prevention, security, legal compliance, or operation of the beta. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations—continue to apply.

Disclaimers and limits

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Jumino is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Jumino and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-data damages arising from the beta. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
